Balanced Juxtaposition

From before I can remember, I’ve always been in awe of classical art. Its elegance, detail, harmony, and beauty convey messages and intricacies capable of captivating widespread attention. Modern art, I believe, is the antithesis of the art before its time, reflecting simplicity rather than extremity. In this piece and the pieces to come, I wanted to represent the two styles in juxtaposition of one another.
